Instructions:

-Download The Files: download disini

     

-edit the .PSD files as you like, then save as .PNG.

1. Install LauncherPro+(and activate Plus features to be able to resize the widgets properly) or you can simply use ADW if you're using CM7.

2. Install Desktop Visualizer.

3. In LauncherPro settings, under Advanced set homescreen rows to 5. or in screen preferences on ADW settings, setdesktop rows to 5. then, UI settings, disable the main dock style. 

4. Create a Desktop Visualizer(Large) widget with chosen image, and resize to correct dimensions (3x1 or 1x2).

-For Horizontal Widgets, Select the 3x1 Desktop Visualizer widget, load your 3x1 png and shortcut.

-For vertical Widgets its straightforward. Widget size is 1x2.

5. Align them as shown in screenshot.

note: seems like ADW suited best for it's capability of removing docks and enabling using 5 rows in 1 screen without overlaping if dock is removed.
